oil and gas drilling

Joint Resources Company (“JRC”) is a privately held Fort Worth, Texas based niche E&P company formed in 1990 by its two partners Mark G. Kalpakis, attorney, and R. Dean Williams, a certified Petroleum Geologist. JRC is engaged in the exploration, production and development of oil and natural gas properties.

JRC is additionally involved with mineral acquisitions, non-operated interests, ranching management, surface management, wind, solar, and water rights.

JRC staff has well over 200 years of combined oil & gas operational experience.

JRC has drilled and been involved in over 375 wells (Barnett, Strawn, Canyon, Conglomerate, Eagle Ford, Mississippian, San Andres, and other formations). This has resulted in five (5) major profitable sales of some JRC assets. JRC prides itself on developing “Niche Expertise” in select few areas, resulting in wells that have consistently outperformed most offset operators, both large & small. JRC has also installed and operated pipeline gathering systems.

Mark Kalpakis and Dean Williams have been partners in various ventures for almost 40 years. They believe in the value of hard work, respect, and integrity in business and personal relationships and value the respect they have earned in their dealings over the years.
